This Cam Buckle Double Strap has a 150kg lashing capacity and is used to quicky and easily connect your jet ski to a boat trailer. 

To use, simply attach the floating hook to the centre tow point on the jet ski at rear. Connect the other two hooks to the trailer, hence a V shape. Has coated S hooks both ends.
