The strong Plastimo flexible water tanks are a reliable and practical economical solution to fresh water storage on board. They can be installed in compartments where it would not be possible to fit a rigid tank as they are flexible, lightweight and form-fitting.

The tanks include tie-down loops on the corners and have a 38mm (1 1/2”) hose inlet fitting on the upper side of the tank and a 12mm (1/2”) hose outlet fitting on the underside. The exception is the triangular bow tank where both fittings are located on the upper side.

The Plastimo flexible water tanks feature a double envelope - a water chamber inside a tough nylon outer. This consists of a welded non-porous tasteless NON-BPA PVC water chamber (inner bladder) inside a tough nylon outer. This makes them completely waterproof and highly resistant to tearing and abrasion.

The tasteless PVC inner water bladder can be easily removed from the outer covering for routine cleaning or inspection and if required, replacement inner bladders are available. See: Flexible Water Tank Inner PVC Bladder

Made specifically for constant use however to use as water storage, the open fittings will need to be blocked off or replaced with a blank-off cap (sold elsewhere). 

Note: These tanks can not be installed vertically.
