The Bomar Access Hatch with J-hinges features a high-quality marine-grade, anodised aluminium tread plate cover along with 316-grade stainless steel hardware.
It includes a 316-grade stainless steel dog fastener with a latch position indicator as well as a flush 'D' handle for easy opening and closing of the hatch door. The 4 study J-hinges allow the door to be opened 90° and feature two locking mechanisms to secure it in this open position.
The large thick compressed gasket will provide a seal against some water ingress, however this access hatch is not completely waterproof.
This access hatch can be used on the floor of the deck or cabin, or as a large vertical opening.
