Bennett actuators are strong but flexible nylon/fiberglass hydraulic cylinders. The piston-like arms push tabs into position.
Fluid flows through a concealed hole in the upper hinge at the top of the actuator — thus eliminating external hoses subject to damage.
Features:
- Type: Short Ram
- Overall Length Retracted: 290mm
- Overall Length Extended: 353mm
- Stroke: 63.5mm
How to identify your existing actuator?
Measure the overall length of your actuator, from the top to the very bottom of the hinge when the ram is retracted.
- Standard Actuator = 340mm (13 2/5") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Identified with 4 rings on the actuator base.
- Short Actuator = 290mm (11 3/7") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base.
- Extra Short Actuator = 270mm (10 5/8") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base.
